We offer three levels of tech support, which include software updates/maintenance, on a subscription basis, as well as on-site tech support services. As a subscriber, you will receive notifications via email along with download/install instructions when an update is available.
Please consult your sales or product materials to determine your technical support subscription level. Our products generally include a basic technical support subscription to cover installation and initial use of the software.
